The SWITCH-Asia Programme has undertaken targeted Technical Advisory work across South Asia, including Bangladesh, to support the integration of Sustainable Consumption and Production (SCP) and Circular Economy (CE) principles into Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs) and long-term low-emission development strategies. This policy paper builds on the analytical foundation of the 2025 SWITCH-Asia white paper for Bangladesh and addresses three interconnected challenges facing NDC 3.0 implementation: leveraging investment, driving market transformation, and scaling climate ambitions.
