Who funds and manages SWITCH-Asia?

The European Union (EU) launched SWITCH-Asia as a grant programme funded through its Development Cooperation Instrument. SWITCH-Asia builds on a progression of former grant programmes which dealt with trade and sustainability in Asia, including the Asia-ProEco and Asia-Invest programmes. SWITCH-Asia is centrally managed by the Development Cooperation Office (DevCo), the Commission’s arm for implementing external assistance. DevCo oversees the launching of Calls for Proposals and the selection of successful applications. Once awarded, the grants are then managed by representative offices, EU Delegations, in the Asian countries that are eligible under the programme.

Funding details from the most recent Call for Proposals is available here. While this round is currently closed, we will provide updated information when a new round opens. To search for more EuropeAid Calls for Proposals and Tenders, please visit this link.
