Creating Greenphilippines Islands of Sustainability
In a nutshell
This SWITCH project tackles pollution in the metropolitan region Manila and the surrounding region CALABARAZON. The specific objective is to reduce pollution level and to increase resource efficiency levels in specific companies.
Activities of the project include:
- Selection and Training of new Trainers/Consultants
- Updating of Training & Consulting Centre in Philippines
- Conducting of 3 ECOBONUS - Base pilot (min. 60 companies) and 6 ECOFOCUS series (min. 120 companies)
- Conducting of seven ECOSENSE awareness trainings (min. 350 companies)
- Conducting of three Club pilot series (min. 100 companies)
- Validation and awarding of minimum 180 new enterprises over a period of 4 years
- Adapting and Upgrading the existing Web Portal
- Setting up of a local network and establishing of international efficient networking between European and Asian ecological pioneer regions
