The SCP Facility
The SWITCH-Asia SCP Facility is one of the components of the SWITCH-Asia programme funded by the EU and is implemented by the GIZ, the Institute for Global Environmental Strategies (IGES) and adelphi.
Within the SWITCH-Asia Programme the SCP Facility helps effectively share knowledge, disseminate and promote replication of successful project practices, facilitate networking between Asian and European stakeholders, produce publications on sustainable consumption and production (SCP) practices. It also implements the demand-driven national policy support component, which delivers policy technical assistance directly to governments. Additionally, the SCP Facility facilitates collaboration between components of the SWITCH-Asia Programme, including UN Environment's work on Regional Policy Advocacy and the grant projects funded by the European Union Delegations as well as cooperation with the larger SWITCH network outside of Asia.
